Packages for functions may be delivered to the hotel up to one week prior to the event/convention. Arrangements must be made through FedEx Office, the on-site Business Center. Please note that the storage facilities are extremely limited.
When shipping materials to the hotel, please adhere to the label instructions to ensure proper delivery and storage.
We also recommend that you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package. Guests will be responsible for the packing and return of all packages.
Receiving, handling and shipping Handling Fees in addition to shipping fees may apply. No COD packages will be accepted.
