Standard meeting rooms include the following items:
Banquet or classroom tables and chairs
Pads and pens or pencils
Standing Table Lectern
Digital Signage – most meeting rooms are equipped with digital signage outside the entry
doors that are programmable by your Event/Catering Manager.(Easels are available for rooms
that do not have digital signage only)
Basic meeting room set up is complimentary. Depending upon the extent of the setup requirements, additional charges may be incurred. Change of setup/ style on the day of event is subject to an additional labor fee. All meeting rooms are set non-smoking.
